Remember to envision yourself 6 months down the road, free of the issue or condition. Notice how different you are in this new state of mind. This portion of the visualization is very powerful; so take a few moments to see yourself resolved of the situation or condition.
Once you finish your self-hypnosis work, tell yourself something resembling:
The suggestions I mentioned are now firmly embedded into my subconscious mind where they will grow stronger and stronger each and every day.
Set your intention, or think: At the count of 3 I will wake up feeling refreshed and awake.
Count yourself up from 1 to 3. Encourage yourself to get energized and awake with a few positive statements of your choice.
