It’s always important to remember that “all healing is self healing”, while that is the reality, being human, we all need help now and then. In order to restore balance, help process feelings and events, help heal from pain, optimize the body’s innate healing mechanisms, get unstuck, and to empower a person, we need correct knowledge and useful tools that are clinically proven to be effective. We also need a therapist wiling and able to help us, hold the space, help us find clarity, learn skills, harness our existing resources, set goals, etc.. Additionally, coaching helps with more hands-on and goal-driven approach. Getting help aids you in getting unstuck and supercharges the process which leads to self-empowerment.
