This page will list some of my favorite physicians and researches that I have followed and studied over the years. My own knowledge comes from courses that I took and over 10 years of research and studying the recommendations of these individuals.
These individuals are my heroes. In this page I mention them to honor and to thank them immensely. I am sure that I have left out many names, I apologize for that, it isn’t easy to compile a list of all those that have assisted me, taught me and others. If your name is missing, I apologize.
I encourage you to look these people up, read their articles, sites and recommendations. However, if you want someone that has done all this research, consult with me, I will distill this vast knowledge into exactly what you need. I always encourage my clients to do their own research and verification. This page can also serve as an aid to you on your own journey of health research.
Do I agree with what any one of these individual completely? yes and no. I studied countless research studies, and followed and read many of the writings, or met with and discussed the opinions of the individuals listed here. I do not agree with any one of them a 100% of the time as I absorbed a massive amount of knowledge, digested then distilled it for my clients, my opinions might deviate in some cases from those mentioned here, however in general my views and opinions align closely with them all (unless otherwise indicated). I honor and respect and thank these intelligent and brave individuals immensely. I consider all of you pioneers and the top healers in your field, that is why you are listed on this page of honorable mentions and thanks.
This list is “not” in any specific order.

Dr. Lisa Rankin, M.D. – http://lissarankin.com/
Dr. David Brownstein, http://www.drbrownstein.com A board-certified family practice physician who, long ago, stopped practicing traditional medicine because he discovered a better, more effective way to treat his patients long-term: naturally. In a recent column detailing the grueling seven hours he had just spent retaking his board exam, which is periodically required of its physicians by the traditional medical community, Dr. Brownstein grew irritated, not just at the length of time spent in the ordeal, but at the kind of questions he was being asked.
Primarily, he said, most questions on the exam were related to drugs – how individual drugs are used; what side effects they have; how they interact with other drugs, etc. – and less on what actually makes the body function better so that less pharmacological intervention is needed in the first place.
He wrote:
There were virtually no questions about the importance of diet or the importance of identifying nutritional deficiencies. In fact, I can’t recall one question along those lines. The patient vignettes that I suffered reading through were all the same—the patient was taking multiple drugs and I was asked one obscure question about the drug therapy prescribed to the patient. I actually felt bad for the poor patients in the vignettes as they were having their biochemistry poisoned with multi-drug prescription cocktails.
Dr. Brownstein made a decision after enduring the latest test – that he would never do so again. He noted that even though the U.S. spends nearly 20 percent of its annual GDP on healthcare, we get more disease, more mortality and less overall health benefits while Big Pharma gets richer. “I felt sorry for my young conventional colleagues who were taking the exam. They were taught virtually nothing about what health is and how to promote and maintain it,” he wrote.
Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D. The famous Dr Weil. I read his writings.

He said: In 2009, I was named the top Ultimate Wellness Game Changer by the Huffington Post, an honor that celebrates “100 innovators, visionaries, and leaders in 10 categories who are harnessing the power of new media to reshape their fields and change the world.” HuffPost readers voted me to the top to receive this special award.

Dr. Michael Murray – http://doctormurray.com/
For the past thirty-five years, Dr. Murray has been compiling a massive database of original scientific studies from the medical literature. He has personally collected over 65,000 articles from the scientific literature, which provide strong evidence on the effectiveness of diet, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other natural measures in the maintenance of health and the treatment of disease. According to Doctor Murray: “One of the great myths about natural medicines is that they are not scientific. The fact of the matter is that for most common illnesses there is greater support in the medical literature for a natural approach than there is for drugs or surgery.”— Dr. Michael Murray
Unfortunately, many people are not aware of the natural approach that can put them on the road to lifelong health. Dr. Murray has dedicated his life to educating physicians, patients, and the general public on the tremendous healing power of nature. In addition to his books, which have cumulative sales of over six million copies, Dr. Murray has written thousands of articles, appeared on hundreds of radio and TV programs, and lectured to hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

I also conduct private nutritional counseling.
I started my work with progesterone and related hormones in 1968. In papers in Physiological Chemistry and Physics (1971 and 1972) and in my dissertation (University of Oregon, 1972), I outlined my ideas regarding progesterone, and the hormones closely related to it, as protectors of the body’s structure and energy against the harmful effects of estrogen, radiation, stress, and lack of oxygen.
The key idea was that energy and structure are interdependent, at every level. Since then, I have been working on both practical and theoretical aspects of this view. I think only a new perspective on the nature of living matter will make it possible to properly take advantage of the multitude of practical and therapeutic effects of the various life-supporting substances–pregnenolone, progesterone, thyroid hormone, and coconut oil in particular.
“Marketing” of these as products, without understanding just what they do and why they do it, seems to be adding confusion, rather than understanding, as hundreds of people sell their misconceptions with their products. The very concept of “marketing” is at odds with the real nature of these materials, which has to do with the protection and expansion of our nature and potential. A distorted idea of human nature is sold when people are treated as “the market.”
