Due to popular demand, I am sharing this list of the generally used nutrients to help with weight loss. This must be customized by an Orthomolecular nutritionist or herbalist. Other nutrients are added on a case-by-case basis.
- B Complex
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D
- Zinc Citrate
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B3
- Chromium
- Magnesium
If weight does not improve with the above vitamin therapy, an Ortho Molecular nutritionist or herbalist will likely suggest additional vitamins to ensure that the body is receiving sufficient nutrients.
