Organic wheat and rice in the US are often cross-contaminated with GMO’s (they’re banned in some countries) and can cause IBS.
You could purchase organic, sprouted spelt flour from www.vitacost.com (sign up and they have a 20% off sale coupon that they email you on food items almost every month, so you can order it with a discount and free shipping.)
You could use this to make sourdough biscuits and bread that you should gently cook (not burn or brown because that forms carcinogenic acrylamides). The sprouted sourdough has less white starch
You could add cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil to it.
See www.culturesforhealth.com for starter bacteria (use recipe that doesn’t use sugar).
See www.harvestessentials.com for cabbage slicer and crocks for homemade, unpasteurized sauerkraut (with live probiotic bacteria in it).

If you have any gut sensitivities, chronic inflammation, I would go on an elimination diet to see if you are gluten sensitive. Even if you are not suffering from gluten in your diet, I recommend that you avoid all wheat and regular rice (organic or not).
Read my article here to find which fruit and veggies to buy organic: http://www.wisemindbodyhealing.com/articles/food-consumer-guide/foods-to-buy-organic-foods-with-most-pesticide-pollution/
When it comes to rice, organic is fine, I recommend Organic “Emperor’s Forbidden Black Rice” from Lotus Foods
Add Bragg organic CP EV olive oil (www.vitacost.com) When possible try to get oil from > 100 yr old olive trees in Greece (most olive oil in the US is rancid, diluted with other cheap oils, and too old)
Avoid all ground or processed starches (flours of any kind) especially white starches.
Many non-organic foods (even those non-GMO) are sprayed with Roundup/glyphosphate to hasten ripening or increase the yield (as in wheat).
